Neurofeedback Program

Our neurofeedback program is an 8-12 week program determined at initial assessment. Our neurofeedback services incorporate Myndlift and Muse technology to support structured, clinical grade, personalized training experience.

Neurofeedback utilizes qEEG scans and brain mapping. If you are just looking for a brain map/qEEG with analysis you can reach out via our contact form.

What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a form of biofeedback that provides real-time information about brain activity. This feedback allows individuals to practice and strengthen patterns associated with focus, relaxation, and emotional regulation.
Through guided training sessions, clients learn to recognize and shift brain states while receiving feedback from specialized software and sensors.
Over time, these exercises may help support improved attention, stress management, sleep, and overall self-regulation.

Who Neurofeedback May Help
Clients exploring neurofeedback often seek support with:
• Attention and focus
• Stress and anxiety management
• Emotional regulation
• Sleep concerns
• Mental performance and resilience
• Building self-regulation skills
Neurofeedback is not appropriate for every situation, and we carefully assess whether it aligns with your needs and goals.
