Shelby Flannery, LMHC, C-EMDR

Owner & Clinical Supervisor

I am a licensed psychotherapist with a clinical focus on EMDR. I also utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including Neurofeedback, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, IFS based approaches and mindfulness-based interventions. My work is grounded in empirical research and guided by ongoing clinical training, allowing me to provide structured, goal-oriented care tailored to the specific needs of each client.

My clinical experience includes treating PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, maternal mental health, and stress-related conditions, as well as supporting individuals through significant life transitions. I emphasize the development of insight, behavioral change, and skill-building to promote long-term psychological well-being.

I approach therapy as a collaborative process, integrating clinical expertise with client values and preferences. My goal is to foster measurable progress and sustainable outcomes through a supportive, ethical, and authentic therapeutic relationship.

Clinician

You may be feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself, caught between responsibilities, expectations, and the constant pace of daily life. Many of the clients I work with are navigating stress, life transitions, parenting challenges, or difficulty finding balance, and are seeking greater emotional steadiness, clarity, and relief. Whether you’re feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or simply stuck, therapy can be a space to pause and reset. While I have a special interest in women’s health and the unique challenges that come with caregiving and life transitions, I work with individuals across ages and backgrounds.

My work is grounded in a mind–body approach, with a strong focus on understanding the nervous system and how stress and emotions show up both mentally and physically. I help clients develop awareness, regulation skills, and practical coping tools that support long-term wellbeing.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to managing everything on your own. I aim to offer a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and supported as you move toward greater balance and connection. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, I welcome you to reach out.

Jen Normandie, MSW, LPC-A

Child & Family Clinician

The children and teens I work with often carry big feelings, worries, and the pressure of wanting to fit in. They need a safe space to share, someone to truly listen, and tools to handle anxiety and stress. They want to feel accepted, calmer, and confident with friends, at school, and at sports. Their goals are to build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and discover that they can face challenges while still having fun and enjoying who they are- and reminding them they don't need to face challenges alone.

My style is laid back and approachable—therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff to be helpful. As a sports enthusiast, I see therapy like practice: we build skills, learn from mistakes, and celebrate wins, big or small. I create a safe, supportive space where kids feel understood, build confidence, and discover tools to handle challenges.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and that’s okay—you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re wondering whether therapy could help your child, I’d love to talk. Together we can explore what’s going on and how I can support your family’s next steps.

Clinician, MomFuel & Mindset podccast co-host

I enjoy working with children, adults, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, life transitions, or the constant demands of balancing work and home. Many of my clients are parents, caregivers, or professionals who spend much of their time supporting others and are looking for a space where they can finally slow down, be heard, and focus on their own well-being. If you're feeling overwhelmed or simply need a space to process and gain clarity, therapy can be a supportive place to start.

My approach combines trauma-informed care with practical tools that help clients manage overwhelming thoughts, regulate emotions, and build healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I strive to create a supportive and welcoming space where you feel heard and understood. If you are ready for support and meaningful change, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Clinician, EMDR Trained

My approach as a therapist is warm, authentic, and holistic. I tailor therapy to fit the individual, drawing from a blend of evidence-based techniques and modalities. I have experience providing care for a variety of concerns - from depression and anxiety, to life transitions, to intimacy/relationship challenges, and more. In particular, I have developed a passion for working with individuals navigating trauma and grief, which arose out of my work counseling adolescents and teens in foster care.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to dealing with things on your own. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself lately, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My style is down-to-earth, supportive, and collaborative. I’m not here to judge or tell you what to do—I’m here to listen, help you make sense of what’s going on, and work with you to find ways to improve the overall quality and satisfaction with your life.

In our sessions, we might explore patterns that are keeping you stuck, build practical tools for emotion regulation, or simply give you a space to process things life. I use approaches like CBT and mindfulness, and open to utilizing more modalities to fit your unique needs. I enjoy working with teens and adults.

I'm truly grateful that you are exploring support. Taking that first step to seek therapy is a courageous and meaningful action. I would be honored to meet you where you're at and walk alongside you in a journey toward optimal health. Please reach out to discuss any questions you may have and I will be happy to chat with you.
