Haley Hinds, MA, LPC-A
My approach as a therapist is warm, authentic, and holistic. I tailor therapy to fit the individual, drawing from a blend of evidence-based techniques and modalities. I have experience providing care for a variety of concerns - from depression and anxiety, to life transitions, to intimacy/relationship challenges, and more. In particular, I have developed a passion for working with individuals navigating trauma and grief, which arose out of my work counseling adolescents and teens in foster care.
It is a profound honor to walk alongside someone in their journey toward healing and growth. With respect to this, I have sought out education in modalities geared toward treating complex trauma, and am currently undergoing training in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based trauma treatment.
My goal is to cultivate a space and therapeutic relationship in which you feel seen, supported, and equipped to take meaningful strides in your life. Whether you’re grieving, recovering, feeling lost, navigating change, or simply riding the ups and downs of being human, I invite you to reach out to me!

I am a licensed psychotherapist with a clinical focus on evidence-based treatment approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based interventions. My work is grounded in empirical research and guided by ongoing clinical training, allowing me to provide structured, goal-oriented care tailored to the specific needs of each client.
My clinical experience includes treating PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, maternal mental health, and stress-related conditions, as well as supporting individuals through significant life transitions. I emphasize the development of insight, behavioral change, and skill-building to promote long-term psychological well-being.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process, integrating clinical expertise with client values and preferences. My goal is to foster measurable progress and sustainable outcomes through a supportive, ethical, and authentic therapeutic relationship.
Jen Normandie, MSW, LPC-A
The children and teens I work with often carry big feelings, worries, and the pressure of wanting to fit in. They need a safe space to share, someone to truly listen, and tools to handle anxiety and stress. They want to feel accepted, calmer, and confident with friends, at school, and at sports. Their goals are to build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and discover that they can face challenges while still having fun and enjoying who they are- and reminding them they don't need to face challenges alone.
My style is laid back and approachable—therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff to be helpful. As a sports enthusiast, I see therapy like practice: we build skills, learn from mistakes, and celebrate wins, big or small. I create a safe, supportive space where kids feel understood, build confidence, and discover tools to handle challenges.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and that’s okay—you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re wondering whether therapy could help your child, I’d love to talk. Together we can explore what’s going on and how I can support your family’s next steps.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself, caught between responsibilities, expectations, and the constant pace of daily life. Many of the clients I work with are navigating stress, life transitions, parenting challenges, or difficulty finding balance, and are seeking greater emotional steadiness, clarity, and relief. Whether you’re feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or simply stuck, therapy can be a space to pause and reset. While I have a special interest in women’s health and the unique challenges that come with caregiving and life transitions, I work with individuals across ages and backgrounds.
My work is grounded in a mind–body approach, with a strong focus on understanding the nervous system and how stress and emotions show up both mentally and physically. I help clients develop awareness, regulation skills, and practical coping tools that support long-term wellbeing.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to managing everything on your own. I aim to offer a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and supported as you move toward greater balance and connection. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, I welcome you to reach out.
